Blinkies!

I've been admiring the blinkies around here by fellow pixelers. My pixel sister Shay's blinkies are abosolutely gorgeous! I used to make blinkies a long long time ago. But nothing like what I see pixelers making now. So, I thought that I would take a bash at it *lol*
